1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

1.1 Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

1.2. When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy.

Robinson David works closely with trusted third party services that we recommend, to provide our clients with the best service possible. Therefore we recommend that out clients include our trusted third parties services to aid in the sale of their property.

Robinson David receives a commission from our trusted and recommended third party services, in the form of a percentage or fixed payment, of either 25%, £25, £50, or £100, dependent on the service. These commissions can then used, using videography as an example, to boost advertising and promotion for the property.

13. JURISDICTION APPLICABLE LAW

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site. These terms of use are governed by English law.

14. VARIATIONS

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
